Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

DCA goods are dispatched using various freight companies signed for service.

Pick up is not available, all orders are to be shipped.

Stock Handling Time

Orders will be processed usually with in 2 business day but as we sell in store as well as online some items may be out of stock when the order is placed, therefore the item will than be ordered from our supplier and shipped as soon as we receive it. If the items is placed on back order with our supplier we will email you as soon as possible, you can than choose to wait or receive a full refund.

Items can only be shipped to the mainland states of Australia including the mainland of Tasmania (excludes all islands)

Goods will need to be shipped to a street address.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the same method the payment was received in. If you change or mind or do not read the product description correctly the refunds with be processed less a 10% restocking fee.

If we are unable to supply the item you ordered in a reasonable time, a refund will be process without and the restocking fees.

Delivery

There can be only 1 attempt to deliver at the nominated address. Authority to Leave the parcel is assumed, unless otherwise indicated on the web order. 
If you or your representative is not present to accept your delivery, either the parcel will be left at a secure place within your premises or a card will be left for you to contact the courier and organise a pick up from their depot.

What if you need to return your purchase?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned to Discount Car Accessories within 14 days of delivery*. The item must be complete as supplied, including all packaging, and paperwork. Orders returned in ready-to-sell condition will receive a full and prompt refund, excluding reasonable shipping costs. To arrange a return email us sales@dca.com.au and we will guide you through the process.

*Discount Car Accessories cannot accept returns of used items, special offers or specially ordered in products.

Damaged Shipments

Please check your package on arrival. Damaged packages should be refused.

Defective Items

If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us sales@dca.com.au and we will sort it out for you.
