Lightforce Headlight Patch Harness suits Next Gen Ranger/Everest (2022 to Present)

This specifically designed patch harness is for the Net Gen Ranger & Everest and allows for simple and safe integration into the vehicle's headlight assembly without cutting or splicing into the electrical system.

Provides high beam positive, high beam negative, and low beam pickup points for a range of Lightforce driving lights wiring harnesses.

This patch harness is to be used with a range of Lightforce wiring harnesses and factory-style switches for a true plug & play solution, enabling simple DIY installation of auxiliary driving lights and switches.

Instructions:

This patch harness has been made to integrate into the existing factory sixteen pin headlight connector that is located on the lower back of the vehicle's headlight assemblies. It uses the recommended connection point as highlighted in the Body and Equipment Mounting Manual.

Remove the existing factory sixteen pin headlight connector from the back of the passenger side light, there is a locking tab that must be depressed before removing the connector.

Fit the corresponding new connector to the connector that has just been removed until it clicks into place.

Fit the remaining new connector to the original connector affixed to the headlight assembly until it clicks into place.

Patch Harness Wiring - Level 1

• Red - High Beam Positive
• Orange - Not Used
• Green - High Beam Negative
• Blue - Low Beam 12v Positive
