Lightforce Headlight Patch Harness suits Jeep Wrangler JL (2018 onward) fitted with factory LED headlights.

Suitable for use with the Jeep Wrangler JL (2018 onward) fitted with factory LED headlights, allowing for easy plug and play integration into the existing factory headlight connector that are located on the back of each of the vehicle’s headlight assemblies.

This utilises the factory connection point on the back of the headlight assembly. You no longer need to put a hole in the dust cover or splice a wire into the factory harness for auxiliary driving lights, simply:

Remove the existing factory six-pin connector from the back of the headlight (left or right side). There is a locking tab that must be depressed while removing the connector. Before depressing the locking tab, push the connector in first, then depress the locking tab to withdraw the connector.

Fit the corresponding new connector to the factory connector that has just been removed.

Fit the remaining new connector to the original factory connector affixed to the headlight assembly.

Then connect the corresponding connectors from any one of our listed compatible wiring harnesses.

WIRING:
The red wire is from the vehicles positive high beam circuit and is used to trigger the positive signal on an auxiliary relay for driving lights.
Green wire is from the vehicles negative circuit and is used to trigger the negative signal on an auxiliary relay for driving lights.
Both red & green wires must be connected.
The blue wire is from the vehicles positive low beam headlight, for uses with positioning, DLR lights or to illuminate the switch when connected to the yellow wire of the Lightforce harness (fitment optional).
Wire gauge 18AWG, wire length to bullet connectors 160mm.
